Dublin-based Dillon Solicitors has finalised a merger with Clonskeagh-based Gandon Law.
Gandon Law has operated since 1996 and has a large mix of commercial and private clients.
The firm’s principal, Sean O’Connell, is staying on as a consultant.
He told Irish Legal News: “This merger presents a great opportunity for us to offer a wider range of services to our existing client base and I am confident that the merger will be to the benefit of our clients.”
Brendan Dillon, principal at Dillon Solicitors (pictured), told ILN: “We are delighted to welcome Sean and his team to Dillon’s. There are very clear synergies in this merger which we hope will be to the benefit of both firms and, more importantly, our respective client bases.”
Dillon Solicitors was established in 1993 and consists of six solicitors, offering a wide range of services to commercial and private clients. The firm was named Leinster Firm of the Year at the Irish Law Awards 2016.
