Under the new proposed Residential Tenancies Act, the government intends to restrict/abolish ‘no fault’ terminations for landlords that are deemed ‘large.’ A large landlord will be a landlord that owns four or more rented properties.

This legislation has potentially wide-ranging implications for owners of rented properties.

If you currently own in your own or in joint names four or more rented properties, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the implications of the legislation and what options are available to you.
