Managing Partner
Brendan is the Managing Partner of the practice. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1990 he set up the practice in 1993.He has a particular interest in developments in the area of Practice Management.
He has an extensive Family Law client base having advised clients in relation to separation and divorce matters for many years. He is an accredited Mediator and practices both as a Family Law and Civil and Commercial Mediator. He has also trained in the practice of Collaborative Law.
He also advises owners / managers of small and medium sized businesses in relation to Businees Law / Company Law matters as well as Employment Law and Commercial Litigation. He also advises on a range of sports related matters.
Brendan was Chairman of the Guidance and Ethics Committee of the Law Society for three years between 2013 and 2015 and still serves as a consultant. He is also a member of the Law Society Family and Child Law Committee and Vice Chairman of the Family Lawyers Association.
He is also a member of the Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association, The Family Lawyers Association and the Irish Commercial Mediators Institute. He is a former Chairman of the F.A.I. League of Ireland between 2002 and 2004.
Brendan has been involved in numerous boards of voluntary and charitable bodies.
